Chicken Salad

This is a great recipe, you can use as many or as little of the ingredients you want, it’s perfect for a summer barbeque, for lunch time, or just a light dinner! Enjoy!

Chicken Salad Ingredients:

2  boneless chicken breast 

1 cup of celery into strips

1  cup of peas

1 cup of red bell pepper strips

1 cup of corn

1 cup of pickles

1 cup of Heart of palms

2 cups of chopped onions

3 chopped apples

as needed for white seedless raisins

as needed chopped green onions

Olive oil as needed

Salt as needed

Red vinegar as needed

Mayonnaise as needed

potato straw as needed

2 grated carrots

How to Cook Chicken Salad:

Season chicken to taste. Cook and shred. Mix all ingredients minus the potatoes.Leave in refrigerator until ready to serve. Before serving put potato chips on top or around the salad. Enjoy your delicious yet healthy Chicken Salad!
