Garlic Shrimp Fettuccini (Gluten Free)

Garlic Shrimp Fettuccini is a very easy gluten free recipe for who that is always on the go, or for those that don’t like or are learning how to cook!

2 Cups Fettuccini (Gluten Free), or your favorite shaped pasta.
1 Garlic Clove
3/4 cup medium size shrimp
2 Cups Alfredo Sauce (Trader Joe’s), or 2 cups of goat cheese.
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Garlic Shrimp Fettuccini Cooking Procedure:

Boil Fettuccini until it’s soft.

Warm up Alfredo Sauce w/Chopped or Pressed Garlic, add shrimp at the last 3 min of heating. For a healthier version, you can sub the Alfredo Sauce for goat cheese, but then you add the shrimp first, and in the last minute, add the goat cheese.

Drop drained Fettuccini in Large Bowl with 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (let it sit for 2 min).

Drop Alfredo Sauce on Fettuccini (let it sit for 3 min).

Drop 3 Fresh Basil leaves on top and a dab of Oregano
